“My wife and I decided to replace our 25 year old cedar deck boards and railing after refinishing and replacing a few boards every couple of years. I used a list service to get a few contractors in my area. Out of the handful that I called we ended up selecting Chris and Entire Exteriors for a few reasons that put them ahead of the others that responded. First was the time that Chris took listening to what we wanted and inspecting the deck to see if the structure was sound. Second, was the thorough itemized estimate that held true until the end. Third was the second trip to the house to review decking and railing samples. The renovation took a few days longer than planned, which happens with most projects. While they were there, we found an injured bird and they were both very helpful in safely catching it and bringing it to a humane society.

“Jimmy and Bobby are great! They really care about customer satisfaction. A roofing project is a big and messy affair. They know that and they work hard to make it go as smoothly as possible even though we all know there will be challenges. My home has a flat roof and these guys know what they are doing. I'm sure they do other kinds of roofing well too. The project involved two big days with many people on site. The crew was pretty big and well organized. It was hot but they pushed hard all day in the hot sun. Smaller crews came over on other days to do metal work and other smaller details. They got it done as quickly as possible considering all the work to do, the weather and the additional constraint of mine to work with an insulator contractor. I got three bids and they were not the lowest, but I went with them bc they impressed me with their attention to detail and to listening to me. It's expensive, but a good value.“
