Thanks to Black Ladder Restoration we were finally able to get a beautiful new roof last year (after having had bad experiences with other flaky contractors). Austin and Nathan were super helpful, communicative, and attentive throughout the whole process from dealing with the insurance company, selecting shingles, and getting the job done quickly. My experience with Black Ladder was exceptional. Nathan was super helpful during the claims process, explaining the different steps of getting insurance approval, contacting the desk adjuster on my behalf and explaining how I could save money on the restoration overall. Nathan and his team even took over the on-site adjuster role, when the insurance company's adjuster could not come because of the weather! I have worked with a bunch of contractors, and have found their professionalism and customer service to be above and beyond what I've seen. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and neighbors in need of a roof.

Great service from Black Ladder! Adam worked with us to get the best door that would work for our space. The door is beautiful and all the finishing touches finished off the space perfectly.
