He did a thorough walk-through of our roof and shared photographs of the damage, while being open and honest about the replacement process and timeline. My home was affected by hail damage, so I contacted RedLine Contracting to inspect the roof along with my insurance carrier. It was determined a roof replacement was in order. I worked with Jack C., and all communication was excellent, all the way from inspection through the roofing project, as well as the interaction with the insurance company. The crew was right on time, and they did a fantastic job---the shingles, flashing, roof vents, etc., were perfectly placed, and they cleaned up the debris and didn't leave so much as a single nail behind. We had an excellent experience with Andy, who helped us finally determine the cause of a leak in our roof. He provided a detailed report and photographs that we were able to go back to our original roofing contractor with. He was very easy to work with, very punctual and communicative, which is very hard to find in the contracting industry.
