The owner is an East Coast native who has been in the industry for 15 years and specializes in blondes, lived-in color, balayage, color correction, extensions, and effortless cutting/styling. The salon was founded as a place where all are welcome and is a calming and clean-air studio where you can relax and be you. Customers have been on a true hair journey for years, including last minute blow outs, mental health resets, cutting thick hair, and wedding hair. The vibes are always immaculate. One customer recommends the salon to all friends after jumping around between stylists, noting the owner is talented, kind, funny, and trustworthy. Another client says it is the only stylist who does not rush, which is important for thick hair. A customer who had issues with itchy color from previous places found this salon uses quality products. Another loved their haircut for very fine/thin hair.
Alyssa is the best! Her space is so comforting and she always makes you feel welcomed. You can tell she is dedicated to her craft and I always leave beyond satisfied!
Alyssa is insanely talented, she has been doing my hair since 2024 and saved my hair. She’s easy to talk to, fast yet thorough & always flexible with appointments/ changes to what I want done. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for someone who actually cares about your hair!!!!
Alyssa was nice and did a good job on my keratin treatment but she also suggested a trim and bang cut so I did but I should have asked how much it would be because she charged me $100 for it and I wish she had informed how much it would be beforehand. All in all, my hair looks good but I don't think it's worth it because I usually have my hair up in the summer because it's hot so I won't have the treatment done again. Also, she was curling my hair at the ends after straightening it and since I came it with straight hair you would think she would realize I wanted it straight but she seemed more concerned with what she wanted to do with my hair than what I wanted.
