“I am between a three and four. Last week it was a 5. I got a haircut 2 months ago the stylists was wonderful she listened to me and I walked out feeling gorgeous. Today I had a different women and she didn't listen. She just cut every which way. My hair is different lengths and her scissors were dull. When I told her her scissors were dull because they were pulling my hair she said she no because they were expensive, she paid $20 dollars for them.”
“I stopped by for a quick & easy haircut today. I didn't register online beforehand (didn't know that was a thing), so it took ~20min to be seen. Which is a ludicrously short wait time for a haircut, so I'm calling that a win.
My stylist was Debbie (sp?) and she did a great job. I wanted my hair cut to shoulder length, which she did conservatively. And when I asked for another inch to be taken off, she did so skillfully.
Additionally, she was kind and we had a fun conversation. I would rate her bedside manner (hairside?) as 5 out of 5 stars.
If management is reading these comments, please let her know that she was phenomenal. Because we all know y'all won't give her a raise. At the very least, let her know that her work is very much appreciated.

Kinley thoughtfully and patiently taught me how to blow dry my hair, use products that would be easy for me, and curl and style it. As a person who often lives in a “mom bun”, I learned so much from Kinley and have been able to easily apply her tips at home. I appreciate how much she’s helped me to feel confident and truly *enjoy* my hair. She is so talented, and I have loved every part of my service at Hello Hair.”
