T.J. agreed to do a perm for her, and explained that the solution she uses was not as harsh on hair. “My son had a not so great experience for his first haircut at one of those kids cut places. He cried the whole time and his hair looked awful. Sandie at City Looks was recommended by a mom Facebook group. She did SUCH a good job! My son was nervous at first, but she let him sit on my lap and watch a show on my phone. After that he was so much better! Plus he looks super cute!!“
