She fit me into her schedule on short notice and spent hours patiently and compassionately working through what I thought was an impossible situation. She specializes in detangling, and her expertise was obvious from the moment she started.
Wendy never made me feel embarrassed about what had happened. She was incredibly kind, encouraging, and determined to save as much of my hair as possible.
When I walked in, I thought I was going to lose my long hair. When I walked out, I still had it. She was able to preserve my hair, blending everything beautifully with only a small trim. Looking at my hair now, you would never know what it had been through.

Am I ever glad that I scheduled a consultation with Hairpolice, and ultimately decided on adding extensions/dread extensions. With this being my second set of dreadlocks, I didn’t want to wait for my hair to grow through the awkward dreadlock beginning stage. Shout out to Sara whom worked her magic and brought my hair back to life! I love my hair again!
My experience here was out of this world!! I was first greeted kindly and had immediate service! And secondly my stylist Wendy is an angel! She greeted me with kindness and made me feel over the top comfortable. I had to do some detangling which we all know is tedious and takes time. She took her time yet simultaneously was so quick! She beared with me and made me feel like a whole new woman with her amazing hair transformation.
