She explained everything she was doing, checked in throughout the service, and clearly takes a lot of pride in what she does. Her communication, attention to detail, portfolio, and additional photos of brides she has styled with undercuts sold me. She was a delight to work with both at the hair trail and on the day. I ended up having some veil hiccups so the veil we tested with was not the one we used day of. She adjusted seamlessly and showed my bridesmaids how to put in the veil before the ceremony. My hair stayed lovely the whole night and was not ridiculously hairspray to death by the end so I was able to easily brush it out the next morning and still have soft curls. Natalie is a gem. I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking to get their hair done.
