I got my hair cut by Emma almost two weeks ago and I’m so in love. This is the best my hair has been in years! She gave my hair exactly what it needed cut-wise and gave me great product recommendations as well as styling tips. I’ve implemented them at home and they’ve been game changers. I won’t be letting anyone else touch my hair anytime soon.
My experience with this salon, and specifically with Emma, was negative. I asked for no dramatic changes while keeping the length, but I did not ask to leave several long strands showing the previous length; now this $140 haircut looks strange. The post-cut treatment dried out my hair, and it feels like straw on my head, with no elasticity. One star for the effort, zero for the result.
Upd: I have been contacted personally and have to say - 5 stars for addressing the issue.
