My experience with this salon, and specifically with Emma, was negative. I asked for no dramatic changes while keeping the length, but I did not ask to leave several long strands showing the previous length; now this $140 haircut looks strange. The post-cut treatment dried out my hair, and it feels like straw on my head, with no elasticity. One star for the effort, zero for the result.

Upd: I have been contacted personally and have to say - 5 stars for addressing the issue.

I had a haircut and highlights done by Rosie, and she did an amazing job. I walked in looking like Weird Al and walked out channeling early-season Carrie Bradshaw. The cut and color were exactly what I needed, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend!
