If I had to pick one favorite aspect of is company, it's customer service! Other noteable aspects: impecable communication, photos of technicians who are coming to your home, explanations, packages and price points for all family budgets, financing. The day before my father's funeral I learned our 15 year old furnace was leaking gas and needed $2000 in repairs. Needless to say I was overwhelmed. We had an amazing experience with Gopher HVAC! The owner treated us like family. We called on a cold Tuesday afternoon in December, and they sent someone out that same night!

By the next day, we had a brand-new Lennox furnace and AC unit installed. The installaters were polite, professional, and incredibly efficient. They kept everything neat and clean and worked hard to make sure we had heat that same day.

“So had issue with furnace last two days. Called LaSalle and Charlie came out within a couple of hours (1/31/26 it was a cold one). Turns out furnace filter was clogged! Due to, wait for it, room humidifier!!! Charlie explained why and showed me the filter with the white residue. Said most owners have no idea this can happen. He was great at explaining in easy terms. He was kind enough to not charge us for the house call. I will say they have been great to with when they put in our furnace 3 years ago. Won’t go anywhere else!“

“Our 2-year-old air conditioning unit stopped working in the late afternoon.
We called Burnsville Heating and Plumbing, who not only promised us a visit the next morning, but had a technician call us at 5 PM to help us trouble shoot. The technician, Will, was fantastic! Although the trouble shooting was not successful, Will showed up right away the next day. He diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes and had it fixed within a half hour. Will also cleaned our unit with our water hose and even curled it back up neatly before he left. This was a much different experience than dealing with the big box companies. We will never use anyone else in the future!“

“Our AC quit working and because our furnace was over 20 years old, we had to replace both units.

Conner came out and gave us his best price up front. His quote was lower than the other contractor. No games or gimmicks like some of the bigger companies.

We were scheduled for the following week. Conner and one other gentleman came out on time and worked until the job was complete. All clean-up and haul-away included. They were very professional, friendly, and hard working.

The following week Denise in the office filed all of our warranties for us and is in the process of filing for some rebates with Xcel Energy.
