Very happy with the work these guys did. I had an empty spot in my backyard where a pool and deck used to be; full of rocks, dirt, cemented posts and an electrical line for the pool filter. A huge mess. They did a great job removing everything, and bringing in new dirt and grass seed. Couldn't be happier with the job they did.
Dr. Ajrouche was the best thing that could have happened to my mother. She went above and beyond trough our entire experience. Which was interrupted by Covid. But she always took time to reach out when she could, stepped in and advocated for my mom when it was needed and I'm not overstating when I say that she saved my mom's life. I know I have said this a bunch, but thank you Dr. Arjouche! You are a earthly angel.

I asked for medium knotless passion twists and what I got was WAYYYY better. They came out looking so fluffy, effortless and elegant. I got them done July 24th and let me tell you I had them on till mid November! I did not want to take them off!!! She took such great care while doing my hair, I fell asleep lol. With proper maintenance, which Matilda instructed me on, they looked good from day one till the end. Take down was easy and painless. Obviously, I had buildup, but with proper technique, I detangled it just fine. In those times, my hair grewwww and still looked healthy. I will definitely be going to her again! Thank you Matilda!!!

My latest visit was for my son to get a haircut, and the barber has an Exquisite Master Barber expertise hand with those Clippers. He was very kind, courteous, and patient with my son who has special needs. My son was very happy and felt great about how he looks afterwards. Janene does an amazing job on hair and has done so for me at least 10 years, give or take. I love how once I leave, my style and texture lasts a long time, and I never have to shampoo for at least a month unless I choose to see her every two weeks. GREAT hairstylist who is Class A.

Overall great customer service I went to Kadi's Professional Hair Braidingfor the first time ever Listen I got there at 1:15p they took out my knotless braids washed blowed dried my hair and gave me some new small knotless mid back. All that in four hours. I had four people on my head. I’ll post pictures later But definitely recommend them and the price is so worth it

I've been coming to Original Moxie since 2017 or so. Have been under Kyanna's skilled hands and scissors since 2019. She's the best, for me, since I have never strayed to other stylists. I've been using their products since 2017 and have not strayed from these. Yes, they cost noticeably more than a product from a chain drugstore, but are comparable, and sometime less, than other salons who sell high end hair products. BUT......the products last a good time before needing replenishing, and they have been very good for my hair. Rachel, in developing her Moxie-branded hair products, hit magic. Without them I would still be using gawd knows what almost-okay-product. But instead, my hair looks as healthy and full now, as it did 35 years ago.
Love this place..I moved a hour away..and after trying atleast 10 other salons in my new town..I came back to here and Millisa..she takes her time and does a great job!I won't leave again!

I always have a great time. The staff are very nice. Ny nails always look nice and they never break. I took a month long trip and when I returned my nails were still in tact. My polish wasn't chipped at all. The shop is always clean and bright. They offer a complimentary drink and great customer service. The prices are fair. I've always enjoyed coming here to my standing appointments before and after the new owner took over.

I walked in and immediately got sat, Lena I think her name was, did my nails they were super cute and she was very efficient plus I really liked the star, it was only about 48 bucks and I got ten percent off so it was quite cheap, excellent service. Plus I got my brows waxed and they did an amazing job as always I highly recommend the brow waxes and if you get your nails done ask for Lena. ?

Ali is amazing! This is the third time I’ve gotten a balayage, and the one I got from her is probably my favorite so far! I have very thick, curly, and high porosity hair, and she somehow managed to give me a blowout without frizz which almost never happens. Her kindness, positivity, and attention to detail is wonderful :)

AF Smith is my preferred Electrical Contractor. We recently had a major incident at one of our Mid-Rise buildings that required the best of the best, and their team showed up in the middle of the night and showed everyone their masterful skill and dedication. We had our building back up and running full steam within a few hours of their arrival and temp circuits for water restoration equipment and temporary heat installed. Their team of 4 men worked together and pulled off a near miracle that far exceeded anyone's expectations. This was not the mundane wire pulls and panel replacements that I usually call them for and I am more than pleased with their performance and expert engineering in the moment. If you need an electrician, AF Smith should be your first and only call.

The service man, Anthony, had trouble with the main compressor. He called his office regarding the issue and Austin came out with a truck with a working compressor within 25 minutes. Carpet looks great. Austin helped out putting the furniture back in their original spots with Styrofoam blocks to keep the wooden furniture off the wet carpet. I was able to get a discount due to the issue with the machine and the extra time they were here.

The installation crew (Scott and Cheya) were a pleausre to work with - again skilled professionals, personable, hard working, helpful, and their work exceeded our expectations. Our sitework contractor, JK Excavating, works with Shawn closely and we decided to have Shawn quote our garage pad and walkway. The price was very reasonable and the workmanship impeccable.
All of the staff at Hearns Concrete worked hard and were respectful. They completed the front walkway, back patio and walkway, and the garage pad in a timely manner.
Shawn made sure the job was done right, even suggesting we
postpone work since we had engaged them during Spring, when frost in the ground could have caused problems down the road.
Now we have a beautiful job that should last for many years.

I'm use to offices that treat you like another problem added to their day. This office truly takes time for you. The energy in the office is calm and pleasant. The nice window view was a plus! By the time it's time for my cat to come home, she is practically asking to stay with her aunties at Mittens Pets longer! Everyone is so kind and the care is amazing. I'm so grateful to have PurrVella!
Update 7/2025: Mitten's Pets continues to be AMAZING. My kitty boards there and she can be grumpy, but she loves the staff there like Kayla and Leea. They really treat her like a queen.y cat also gets grooms with Leea and she enjoys her baths! This is an amazing team of people and a great place for cats!
Hannah is the best cat groomer! I have taken my cat to Hannah for years, and Hannah tells me when my cat doesn't feel well, and that helps me work with my vet for her arthritis treatment. My cat loves Hannah! I couldn't recommend this groomer more if you have a kitty!

I have been seeing Blue Door Massage since 2007 in 3 different spaces. I am a mom of 5 and Naomi has cared for me throughout all of my pregnancies. She also attended 2 of my home births and provided massage support throughout my labors. Game changer. We also lost our 4th son a few years back and her body work and emotional support was an essential part of our healing journey as we worked through our grief. As a breast cancer survivor who had lymph nodes removed in the armpit, I will navigate the risk of lymphedema in that arm for the rest of my life. I've unfortunately been experiencing some light swelling and heaviness in the arm, and was happy to find someone right here in Ypsi with manual lymphatic drainage massage experience (which really helps)! I started with a 30 minute massage mostly focusing on the upper body, upgraded to a full body drainage massage on my last visit and WOW. I left feeling like a million bucks and a hundred pounds lighter. I have my next massage booked and would recommend Starlet to anyone in search of compassionate relief and respite!
