I really appreciate the honesty with this salon. I understand cats can be tricky for many things, and the fact they told me from the get-go of all the possibilities with cat grooming was really eye opening. I trust that they'll do what's best for my cat and themselves. Thanks, Mittens, for being so through in explanaing and helping us out!

This was my first time there and my cat's first time ever getting groomed. The staff was kind, thorough, and patient with me for all my newbie questions. My cat, chicken, was not the best behaved for grooming ? but they did a phenomenal job and made him as comfortable as possible! I toured their boarding area which is unlike anything I've ever seen! The prices are very reasonable for the quality of service they offer. They clearly take pride in what they do and I will recommend mittens to everyone I know

A pleasant and modest sized shop. They did more than groom, they worked on manicuring our cat, not just a casual brushing. He is a Persian, and he is the alpha male in a home that doesn't cater to animals, but choose to let them be cats, not tools for social discourse. I was informed he was a two person protocol so the fair was measurably increased, and I am very satisfied with the progress they made with him. And he came home HAPPIER than I have seen in over a year.
