From running around the showroom looking at samples of fantastic flooring to Superb installations to I love my new floors! I got vinyl plank on 2 floors, carpet on the stairs, and sheet vinyl in the kitchen. Everything turned out beautiful and flawless. It feels like a new home. Great service, friendly people. The scale should be 1-10. In all my years, finally the greatest customer experience of my lifetime. Paul (owner) was honest, straight forward, concerned about me, answered all my questions about the large array of flooring options they have, with his 20-30 years of experience evident by his demeanor and approach. No upsale, explained the process (ordering, down payment, install and when to pay the final amount. G&K does not sell commercial (big box) store flooring, and will explain the difference to you.
