First treatment was as promised however, the weeds were fertilized as the grass was somewhat thin. Second treatment may have been nextdoor as my door hang tag was in the mailbox and no video of service tech in the yard. Return visit was needed and result are an improvement and communication was good. They are responsive to customers and you talk to a real representative. They may come out early if a return visit is needed. They care about the customer and welcome feedback.Service: Weed control
