I have been a TruGreen customer for over 15 years and have always been happy with their service. I recently noticed an issue with my lawn and suspected grubs were causing the damage. I contacted TruGreen, and within two business days they came out, inspected the lawn, and treated it for grubs. Very happy with the quick response and level of care.
Today's technician was Ryan Livermore and from my observation he's the best technician that you have available. He gets the products distributed evenly and he also gets to areas some of the other technicians miss. If there was some way that I could have him perform my service exclusively I would gladly do that.
Exceeded my expectations! I talked to the guy last time he fertilized my yard and told him how I was dealing with clover this year. He said no problem, he will make sure he gets rid of all that he can. Sure enough he did! Not only that, he remembered that I asked him to do this for me and made sure when he did his treatment this time that he had gotten them ALL. So impressed that he remembered we had that talk and that he would be nice enough to ask me if I had noticed a difference!
