The DiClemwntes were proud to be the first to participate in a new surgical BAOS technique and owner-assisted recovery immediately following the procedure for iur Frenchie, Hans.
Dr. Donato and the entire staff were amazing - honest, caring, and supportive throughout the whole process. They made sure we understood what to expect, and we felt completely comfortable and involved in Hans's care from beginning to end. Our other Frenchie, Franz, even got to be somewhat a part of it all, too!
Hans did GREAT, and we couldn't be happier with his care. See his before and after - and the final picture of Hans & Franz showing just how much they're loving life together ❤🐾

I’m so grateful that this clinic was recommended to me for my cat. After taking her to Urgent Animal Care in Ann Arbor I needed to find a clinic for her ten day follow up appointment. Fortunately for me, the tech who works at urgent care also works at this clinic and she suggested that I take her here. The concern and care that my cat received was excellent and very thorough. I was given a care plan to follow once anything serious was ruled out. Everyone was wonderful and so helpful! Thank you for your top notch care!

I appreciate how the medical team takes such good care of my babies (Chewie and Lola), the different options of care. Last year there was incident that happened(teeth cleaning) to Lola with a defective warming pad that hurt(burn) her right side at the Vet, I was so amazed with the doctor explaining what happened and how it happened and it was there fault. Their honesty meant alot to me, they made sure I had the medical items and several weekly follow-ups appts until she was healed, no charge to me. Lola is doing great. Thank you for always taking such good care of my babies
