“The service man, Anthony, had trouble with the main compressor. He called his office regarding the issue and Austin came out with a truck with a working compressor within 25 minutes. Carpet looks great. Austin helped out putting the furniture back in their original spots with Styrofoam blocks to keep the wooden furniture off the wet carpet. I was able to get a discount due to the issue with the machine and the extra time they were here.“

Brandon who was our tech even asked about any animals that could escape. The 1 star below about being a little late is insane, they text the day prior and the day of arrival. Yes they have a fan and it is for assisting you in drying the carpets. You can simply say no thank you if you have concerns. 100% points all around. Oh yeah I also live on a second story in a condo and they take great care in set up and tear down.“
