Fantastic experience! All of the staff are so kind, and made my dogs first vet appointment a great experience for Wren and myself! Love the "free vaccines for life" program.
This has been a most welcome breath of fresh air for my dogs. Very friendly, professional and easy to deal with for payment over the phone. Very reasonably priced and the staff did as much as they could to put my dogs at ease. I wouldn't change a thing!
Great experience!I did a lot of research choosing a vet for our cat and am glad I landed on South Arbor.Scheduling was quick & easy. The office was clean and comfortable The vet & office staff were all lovely. My cat was treated with such gentle kindness and he warmed up to them quickly despite being scared.Their checkin process allowed us to wait in the car until our room was ready which also helped relieve stress on our cat being introduced to a new environment. And I absolutely love the online portal that will help us humans keep better track of his medical records.Both human and cat had a great experience and I’m glad to say we’ve found our new vet.
