Not sure why Ken Cook’s Plumbing and Heating has so few reviews but they are excellent! I found a mention of them on reddit and when I had an issue with my plumbing I called around to a few places and honestly, right away I felt their service was better over the phone compared to others. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and it showed when it came to coordinating appointments with the city of Ann Arbor and they managed the project wonderfully. Then a few months later I had an issue with a leaking shower and I called Ken Cook’s and they again provided excellent service and did a great job.

They responded quickly with an appointment time to replace a leaking toilet. Service man was on time, friendly and efficient. He even cleared a slow drain while he was here. Highly recommend.
Super dependable and great quality plumbing work. Cook's Plumbers, Justine and Todd performed top-notch work. They are highly skilled and they are great to work with. Very professional and they did an excellent job taking care to install my new Navien Tankless Water Heater system. I highly recommend Cook's Plumbing.
