If you just want a spa day sitting in the sauna the jacuzzi in the pool is worth the effort to drive over. This LA fitness is wonderful it is a sauna a pool exercise equipment it has a lot of stuff membership is reasonable for senior citizens you can use silver sneakers and this is on moross in the building next to Henry Ford hospital give him a shout out it's worth it
This location is my favorite. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The equipment is clean and works well. Stephen helped me with my membership and was very professional and knowledgeable and got me the best deal. Emma has always been readily available to help and resolve any issues I’ve had. 10 out of 10 experience with a gym.
