The customer service is always so amazing. They take the time to remember people’s names and greet them like long time friends or family. Our pool was a DISASTER when we bought our house. We were using another pool company who just kept blowing us off and wouldn’t listen when we had concerns. One call to Pool and Spa Doctors and I learned more in a 20 minute conversation than the weeks of fighting with the other company. Now our pool is clean and running great! I came here for a test, they got me in right away. I appreciate that they have multiple locations, they were quick with paperwork and getting you an account. They are very thorough. They walk you through everything so your not uncomfortable, they make sure of anything you need and that you understand. You feel safe and comfortable. I went to the Muskegon location and saw Rebecca. I didn't have to wait long and I immediately connected with her. She was understanding, and helped me to understand or explain. It is long testing but it's not uncomfortable and it's just making sure you let them know if you need anything
Dr Heger is a top-notch pulmonologist. He explained everything thoroughly to me. He took the time to answer my questions.

Aubree is a an excellent massage therapist. I've been going to her for five years. She focuses on the specific issues of me as a client, which means I get a massage specifically geared to me. Fore example, I have issues with my IT band and she knows exactly what to do to alleviate the pain. She even showed me some stretches to use. Whether you just want a relaxing massage or you want relief from aching muscles, Aubree will not disappoint. I feel so grateful I am a client.
I called On Thursday and was able to get my son in on the same day. It was a really Nice enviornment, my son enjoyed the experience and he even left with a special treat! We will be back for regular visits. Highly recommeded for moms searching for their boys!

I had a massage at Pompa Do’s with Coley. She was wonderful! She did an awesome job at targeting the areas I told her were bothering me as far as muscle tightness, and she spent extra time in those areas. I left there feeling relaxed and great. I will definitely schedule another massage soon with Coley!

I dropped in for a quick cut and checked in online prior. The wait was supposed to be to be 15 min and it was closer to 40. Other than the extra time it was a nice place and the lady’s do a great job.
Came in for my son to get his haircut. Ms. Maggie cut his hair, exactly how he wanted it and helped him so that he could recreate the style he was going for. She didn't push for us to buy extra products. Very kind and friendly. Thanks Ms. Maggie! We sure appreciate you!!! ☺️
I've been to some other great clips in the past which ive enjoyed. The staff here is friendly but I don't quite like the way they cut my hair. It doesn't feel like enough time was spent on it. Other than that everything was great! Speed of service and cleanliness were great!

Went for the first time today and explained I was getting married in 8 days and needed some color, and quickly ??♀️ The young lady at the desk took the time to explain the different levels of beds and packages available and also what would get me the results I needed the quickest. I wish I could remember her name. She gave the best service. The rooms and equipment were clean, and the atmosphere was very inviting and relaxing. Great place. Highly recommended.?
Super clean, super friendly, favorite place to tan! I have been tanning here for about ten years! The beds are always in perfect condition. The staff is knowledgeable and always notifies me of my free upgrades or promotions without seeming pushy. I use the annual VIP package because it honestly is so much more cost effective to pay for the year over month to month. You end up getting like 6 months for free with the annual package.
It appears they are switching out the old washer/dryers for new. The old dryers were basically 3 out 7 or 8 worked. No one there to make sure it stayed clean, no vending machines for laundry stuff you run out of or forgot to bring. Not as nice or convenient with supplies as some others others but clean enough for this visit.

Kevin did my acrylic nails afew months ago and has been doing the fills since then. They stay on! I'm really rough on my hands, doing a lot of gardening and remodeling. At my previous nail salon, they came off after a few days and I was frequently gluing them back on. He's fast, too, and friendly.

Really beautiful building on the inside. I was a walk in and Jay did a fantastic job on my tattoo. He made me feel comfortable and safe during the entire process and even explained how to better care for my tattoos during the healing process. Really nice guy and very professional! Our daughter bought an older home in Muskegon. We chose Lascko due to location and reputation. After an initial service call and furnace inspection we ended up needing unexpected and extensive HVAC, plumbing, and drain work. Through this time, Lascko has been amazing! They have been extremely responsive, sympathetic, understanding, accommodating, and professional. The sales/estimators have provided numerous options and quotes and have explained everything thoroughly. They are concerned that we get the best solutions at reasonable prices. The people that have come out to the house have been great - personable, professional, experienced, clean, friendly, and fun to talk with while here. Much of the work is already done, and the rest will be done next week, and my daughter will be able to move in on time as scheduled! Special shout-out to all the wonderful staff we’ve met or talked to: Jamie, Kaitlin, Nick x 2, Brian, Edgar, Daniel, Vincenzo, Henry, Joe, Tony and a few others I don’t recall names plus the crew that will be out next week. (Apologies for mis-spelled names). We are committed to Lascko for life, or as long as our family has presence in Muskegon.

I needed a part for my Whirlpool gas range in a flash because the one I ordered online came in broke. They had one directly from Whirlpool (not an off brand generic like the online company). Great place to get your keys done. Small hometown feel coming from a small business. But a good and reputable business. You need to get keys made come here instead of the home improvement store.
The guys did a fantastic job!! I could not have been more pleased. They paid attention to the places that stains, and when they moved our furniture back they were so careful to put it back where it went.

Carson’s Carpet Cleaning & More did an amazing job! The service was professional, efficient, and right on time. You can truly see and feel the difference once he’s finished—my carpets looked refreshed and smelled great.
I also appreciate that the cleaner includes a disinfectant, so the carpets aren’t just clean but sanitized as well. Carson’s is very attentive to the customer’s needs and makes sure everything is done right.

Crew is at my house right now, doing what they said they would do quickly and for a fair price. Took a while to fit me in because of the weather plus my trees weren’t endangering anything but Able will be my first call in the future.
I’ll start by saying I’ve never used Andy’s tree service in the past or had them out to quote. This time around I was reading reviews on companies like you probably are and decided to have Andy’s and some others quote us on 9 trees that we wanted taken down. Andy’s had the best price, showed up on time for the estimate and on time to do the job. Also, I was quoted and they were able to come out 5 days later. All of my trees needed to be craned out around my outbuildings so I wanted to pick the right company. Andy’s has all of the equipment needed to do the job right and safely. I am impressed with the amount of care and quality of their work. On the clean up side of things, just as phenomenal as everything else up until that point. Very detailed on clean up. Didn’t appear they were rushing to get off the job and spent sufficient time making sure it was left the right way. I’m sure I will be needing more tree work done down the road and I will look no further than Andy’s tree service and neither should you.

Gentle adjustment. No bone crunching or aggressive popping. Always asks, is there anything else. Not thrilled that insurance isnt accepted. But I will keep going in order to get relief.

I really enjoy bringing my dog here because they are friendly and have fairly decent prices. My only complaint is that they clipped my dog's nails too short a couple of times due to some of them being black (he is a spotted dog breed). However, when I had his nails grinded instead of clipped, this was not an issue.
