Great experience. Good people and reasonable prices. They were prompt and got things fixed quickly and accurately. The staff was very customer focused. I witnessed an unreasonable customer that was dealt with in a tactful and appropriate manner. We will be back.

Great service, A++++ communication if you want door service this is one of the best locksmiths in the west Michigan area, I cannot stress enough what a great pleasure it was to work with them. This day and age it’s hard to find good locksmiths, you won’t have that problem with west Michigan Lock and Door
