About Area 51 Tattoo
Area 51 Tattoo is a tattoo shop that has received mixed reviews. The shop is filled with great flash art, super clean too. They are professional and very good at what they do, with 100s of art work to choose from. The staff are pleasant to interact with. The shop is praised for its helpfulness, especially towards first-time tattoo recipients, and the quality of its artwork. However, there have been comments about the $80 minimum fee, which some customers felt was high for small and simple tattoos. The artists are talented and worth the wait. Overall, Area 51 Tattoo is viewed as a decent shop with a few areas for improvement.
Went in today for a walk in, and the staff was incredible. Travis was extremely accommodating and easy to work with, the whole process from the art to the tattoo was flawless (also made great conversation during, time flew by). This was my first tattoo in the Muskegon area and will 100% be going back.
I go to college on the other side of the state. I have gotten almost a dozen tattoos from Area 51, mostly from Micheal. I can't say enough about how much I enjoy the space and the people. I am excited to go home for break and get more ink.
We had a great experience with Michael. He asked questions, we asked questions, we all ended up happy. We got great ink and he got the great money. Would definitely come back to see him again.
