I cannot say enough good about this company and their staff. Susan is always willing to help and is so knowledgeable. The team at the Muskegon branch is so patient and kind. The customer service is always so amazing. They take the time to remember people’s names and greet them like long time friends or family. Our pool was a DISASTER when we bought our house. We were using another pool company who just kept blowing us off and wouldn’t listen when we had concerns. One call to Pool and Spa Doctors and I learned more in a 20 minute conversation than the weeks of fighting with the other company. Now our pool is clean and running great!
