I called this company due to my furnace being out the week of Christmas. Their team was having their Christmas party, but still sent a tech to come and check out the issue. That night we had a blizzard of course, and this gentleman brought his wife with him and she stayed in the truck while he worked on my furnace. (I did offer for her to come in.) Thank the Lord it was a quick fix, even though the furnace is 30 years old. The unit started acting up again just a couple days later, and again a tech came out and fixed it with no extra charges.
This is what you call Customer service!!!! Top notch in my book. I will be getting a quote for a new furnace and plan to have Mckellips perform the install. Thanks to the whole team that worked to get us warm again. Sorry it took so long to get this posted.

Bilz exceeded my expectation. Our water heater went out when I was out of town which my wife had to handle the process of replacement. Bilz prioritized our work because we were entirely without hot water. The office staff were knowledgable, courteous, and professional. The techs who came to our house we neat, polite, and hard working. To top it off after we paid our bill we got a check in the mail less than a week later with a refund of overpayment. They did not have to do this. We would have never known, but this company has integrity too. Highly recommend.
