McKellips and Sons has been an amazing HVAC experience. Heather is very kind and super supportive while Christian got hands on. These guys got my leaking AC up and running giving me cold air on a hot summer day. Very responsive, kind, and does great work. Bilz exceeded my expectation. Our water heater went out when I was out of town which my wife had to handle the process of replacement. Bilz prioritized our work because we were entirely without hot water. The office staff were knowledgable, courteous, and professional. The techs who came to our house we neat, polite, and hard working. To top it off after we paid our bill we got a check in the mail less than a week later with a refund of overpayment. They did not have to do this. We would have never known, but this company has integrity too. Highly recommend.
