The Muskegon VA Clinic is a new, clean, and accessible facility with plenty of parking and seating, and a coffee area. Staff members are friendly and helpful, providing good treatment from check-in to consultation. However, the clinic is still incomplete, lacking a pharmacy and experiencing some communication issues, such as incorrect address details. Despite these problems, many appreciate the staff’s dedication and recommend the clinic for its caring environment and commitment to helping veterans.
Va facility is nice but incomplete. There is no pharmacy. I’ve paid about 1k in scripts because disconnects between comm care and civilian pharmacy. Also address is still wrong on line.
Had my first visit to the new facility a couple days ago, wow it’s a real nice place. Received good treatment from check in to treatment from provider. Thank you for looking after us old warriors. Appreciate it.🪖 general for now
For the most part they treat us veterans pretty good. I've never had a problem with them. This visit the only reason I had to wait was because I got there early and my appointment was the first after lunch so I had to wait for them to get back and what nots. The staff has always been friendly.
