The Muskegon VA Clinic is a new, clean, and accessible facility with plenty of parking and seating, and a coffee area. Staff members are friendly and helpful, providing good treatment from check-in to consultation. However, the clinic is still incomplete, lacking a pharmacy and experiencing some communication issues, such as incorrect address details. Despite these problems, many appreciate the staff’s dedication and recommend the clinic for its caring environment and commitment to helping veterans.

I don't know why I didn't think to get his name, but I just hung up with a very kind gentleman who is also a vet and was treated with the utmost respect with complete sincerity and it is much appreciated 🙏 especially after the awful encounter I had just before that with the lady I spoke with from Wyoming.
Here's to hoping we actually get the help we need after already waiting too long 🤞
Va facility is nice but incomplete. There is no pharmacy. I’ve paid about 1k in scripts because disconnects between comm care and civilian pharmacy. Also address is still wrong on line.
Had my first visit to the new facility a couple days ago, wow it’s a real nice place. Received good treatment from check in to treatment from provider. Thank you for looking after us old warriors. Appreciate it.🪖 general for now
