I cannot say enough great things about this company and the people. I have continuous issues with my drains because of tree roots and before I found Ted Douglas and sons I was spending tons of money; however, they have been my go-to ever since I decided to try their services, they are prompt and affordable, I have referred family and friends to them, and they too were very satisfied. The usual Michigan basement issue we all hate, my drain clogged up, called around for quotes, too my surprise found a WAY cheaper price and figured maybe these guys would do a rush job and not fix my issue the best way. But took a leap for there great reviews. They came out, very knowledgeable, very familiar with the problem I was having, cleared away the mess and showed me, and warranted there work. I definitely got these guys stored for any future plumbing issues and recommend them for plumbing in West Michigan. Trust me, if there busy at the time you call, it's worth the wait. I wouldn't say this company is cheap with everything, but they do good work and not out too...read full review
