Big Lake is very understanding and Compassionate I called 1 day because my cat was not doing very well. I was very hurt, BIG Lake got me in the same day! Our animals are our family and BIG Lake is very heart warming..they understood the pain I was in..they did absolutely wonderful with fatman...I'm very satisfied if I could rate 20 star they deserve that, when I took him before for his rabies, he had an ear infection that was very bad, I told them I just didn't have the money getting his rabies, I didn't have a penny, when I went to check out, she handed me a medication..I said I couldn't afford it, she said, well the doctor told me just to give it to you for his ears,...read full review

I can't say enough good things about my experience here. My foster, Grace (formerly, Rose) went for an ear infection and they were so awesome from the moment we stepped in the door until we walked back out to leave! The vet and the assistants were informative, patient and so so good with my scared little golden doodle. Great place!
