I just moved to Muskegon from Buffalo NY and was worried about finding a place that I liked for my nails and waxing needs. From my first visit, all the women I’ve seen have been beyond knowledgeable and welcoming! Autumn, Kendra, and Lacey’Ann are amazing! They make scheduling super easy and treat you like family from your first visit!
Autumn is the best. I’ve been getting my lashes and nails done by her for over a year now, and I truly wouldn’t go to anyone else. Every appointment is a good time, and she always listens to all of my life updates and every rant I have.
The biggest transformation has been my nails. I used to be such a bad nail picker and never thought I’d be able to grow them out. Thanks to Autumn, they’re healthier than they’ve ever been and last a full four weeks. The difference between my first appointment and now says it all.
I recently had my first Brazilian sugaring appointment after years of getting Brazilian waxes and decided to try sugaring in hopes of reducing ingrown hairs.
Kendra was very kind, welcoming, and informative throughout the appointment, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, when I got home and was able to inspect everything more closely, I noticed a significant amount of hair had been missed. In several areas it felt more like stubble than freshly removed hair, making me wonder if some of the hair had broken instead of being removed from the root. I ended up using my own hard wax at home to clean up the remaining areas.
