“This was one of the best massages I have had for sports injury/back pain pain. While the whole atmosphere and ambiance were relaxing, I wasn't looking for a massage for relaxation, I wanted something more healing and purposeful than that. My neck muscles and upper back and shoulder muscles were tight from a desk job plus weight lifting, and lapsing on my warm up routine and yoga practice exacerbated my pain to the point of having a constant headache. This massage has helped so much! It was similar to relaxation massages, but better. She found my tight spots and gently worked them out and I was a little sore the next day, but after that, I felt SO much better. I will be returning, and soon. It was great!“
