“I've been a customer of Nelson Bros. for close to 40 years. They are my #1 GO-TO plumbers. No one ever comes close.Today was a learning opportunity for our Nelson Brother's rep. When he noticed that the hose he was carrying leaked 'something' onto my carpet, he tried to fix the issue. What needs to happen here is a lesson in spot cleaning carpets. He was amiable to my lesson and suggestion of keeping Dawn Detergent on hand just in case another future oops occurs.Normally my rating would have been 5 stars, but 4 is equally as impressive since Nelson Brothers is the ONLY plumbing company I have servicing my home(s)Service: Plumbing leak repair“
