“I define disaster; is when we had an septic ejector pump failure in my daughter's finished basement and that sewer water is backing up through the floor drain on a Sunday night while doing laundry for 4 children. We cleaned up the best we could and called Bubby's Monday morning and they were on site in about an hour and in 2 hours had all the basement drains, bathroom and in ejector pit unplugged and was back to normal. Things I would like to highlight: their response time, they had the equipment ready for any scenario, their cleanliness in a messy environment done very professionally and the cost.
