“Noah, the Master Plumber and owner of Royal Plumbing called and showed me via the camera images his guys previously took that the cast iron pipe in my basement is deteriorated and is the cause of the water that comes up from my basement floor drain.The floor must be excavated to remove the old pipe remnants and a new pipe must be installed.He is filing a AAA Homeowners claim on my behalf for the removal of asbestos tiles that are in the path of the future excavation and an estimate of that work has been prepared to be forwarded to Noah for that claim.I'm currently awaiting news on the start of the work but do greatly thank Noah for his expertise and diagnosis and his aid in filing the necessary AAA Homeowners claim.“
“Never used these guys before but was desperate to correct a backing up floor drain at a house my daughter rents. They showed up when they said they would, Phil was really terrific. Knowledgeable and very nice, worked fast and cleaned up great. Even though Phil must have had a long day under his belt before he showed up at 7pm for our job, he was friendly and quick with a smile. When he noticed that the hose he was carrying leaked 'something' onto my carpet, he tried to fix the issue. What needs to happen here is a lesson in spot cleaning carpets. “We used Steve Seamans, owner of Austin Plumbing in our last condo. We will call no other plumber but Steve. He is honest, fixes the problems you have, is fairly priced. He also explains everything & cleans up after himself. We moved a few months ago, and he has repaired a dryer gas leak as an emergency visit. He has replaced 4 leaky faucets, 1 old toilet, both outside hose nozzles and I think a few other things. We now have no leaks and everything was done properly. Thank you, Steve.“
