UPDATE: I was contacted regarding my review with Universal Plumbing. After explaining my self, we were able to come to a reasonable agreement. The fact that they take the time to review each one of their reviews is great. In all, after we talked I thought a second chance should be given.The fact that the $69 fee for them to come trouble shoot the issue and not be applied to my total cost is a huge turn off. When i did ask if the $69 would be applied, the lady said “if you need a new hot water tank we will apply it”… as in if they dont make enough on you they wont apply it to your jobOther companies that I have dealt with apply the “service fee” to the work being...read full review

I called Universal Plumbing about getting a toilet installed and they sent Bryce out and he was very polite and answered any questions I had and two days later he came back and installed it. Bryce was very professional. I would recommend this company
