I define disaster; is when we had an septic ejector pump failure in my daughter's finished basement and that sewer water is backing up through the floor drain on a Sunday night while doing laundry for 4 children. We cleaned up the best we could and called Bubby's Monday morning and they were on site in about an hour and in 2 hours had all the basement drains, bathroom and in ejector pit unplugged and was back to normal. Things I would like to highlight: their response time, they had the equipment ready for any scenario, their cleanliness in a messy environment done very professionally and the cost. Extremely pleased !
Bubby's Plumbing was great to work with. They were able to come out the same day I called. The 2 young men were
so friendly and got the work done in a very timely manner. Definitely will call this company back if I ever need a plumber again.
Two great guys, Kyle and Dan were sent our way to inspect where the leak originated for a flooded crawl space. They did not hesitate to get dirty. They said it was all part of the job. They were also knowledgeable,courteous and honest. Due to this we decided to have Bubby's Plumbing do the repair. From reception to the guys who came out they have a great team.
