I define disaster; is when we had an septic ejector pump failure in my daughter's finished basement and that sewer water is backing up through the floor drain on a Sunday night while doing laundry for 4 children. We cleaned up the best we could and called Bubby's Monday morning and they were on site in about an hour and in 2 hours had all the basement drains, bathroom and in ejector pit unplugged and was back to normal. Things I would like to highlight: their response time, they had the equipment ready for any scenario, their cleanliness in a messy environment done very professionally and the cost. Extremely pleased !
Alex and KD from Bubby’s Plumbing were great! They came out super fast and replaced the cartridge in my shower tap quickly and professionally. Everything is working perfectly now. Really appreciate the quick response and great service. Highly recommend!
I highly recommend them!! My senior parents drains were backed up and they arrived to help them within an hour of calling on a Friday evening with the temperature -17C. Great service and very reasonable pricing.
