Where do I begin! So grateful I was referred to this company. I originally had a company come out only for them to snake my drain multiple times for them to then tell me they can’t Hydro jet. “It’s a bigger issue” I contacted this company and immediately the process they explained to me was completely different! It was professional, and everybody communicated very professionally so I can understand exactly what was going on through the whole process! Yay to finally being able to use the plumbing! I called S & J to come out and give an estimate on my project/job. I have an Amish made shed 12x16 being built and delivered to my backyard in the near future. I have some low spots with H20 pooling in my yard that need to be handled-(leveled and graded with drainage, along with new crushed concrete). The whole project is quite a large area but IFFAT (better known as “E”) :) came out to give an estimate and eased my mind 💯 He listened to all my concerns measured up my job with photos and assured me on every point I brought up. I had an excellent experience with SNJ Plumbing from start to finish. First, I want to recognize Terri for the outstanding customer service he provided over the phone. He was friendly, professional, patient, and made the entire scheduling process easy and stress-free.
I also want to commend E, the technician who came to my home. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Before entering my home, he put on shoe covers to ensure he didn’t track in any dirt, which showed great respect for my property.
