“Our sump pump failed over the weekend and started spraying water in the basement. I called on Sunday and they were able to get a technician out to the house within the hour. He was very polite, fast and explained all that needed to be done. He took care of the immediate problem and provided an estimate for the additional work. The area was left clean and all the old pipe removed. Very pleased with the work that was done. “

Recently we had a situation that required immediate attention to service our furnace. I submitted a request on their web site and within hours we had a technician at our door.Our service was a two-parter with two different technicians doing their part for the service. Both technicians were very knowledgeable, communicated clearly, were professionals but most importantly they knew their stuff and repaired our service back to excellent condition.The woman that responded to the website forms was very pleasant, professional and she too communicated very well.The work was performed in a timely manner. They did not damage any surroundings and left the room as clean as when they came in...which really isn't saying that much, lol.Mr. Furnace is a local gem to our greater Macomb, MI surrounding areas.“

“ACE has provided repairs and maintenance on our forced-air AC system for several years and I have had no problems with them. This year we decided to add a mini-split AC to our addition, which receives a great deal of solar heat. We solicited bids from three companies, of whom two responded. ACE had the better price of the two. More importantly, the company president came in person to bid the job, and proposed a brilliant solution for where and how to install the elements of the system. Two techs, Jim and John, came today and spent 9 hours carefully and precisely installing our new AC. They took great care to install a system that not only works well but also integrates attractively with our property. We are very happy with ACE based on this new experience. You should always obtain competing bids for major work. However, we can enthusiastically suggest that you should include ACE among the bidders. We're very glad that we did.“
