I contacted Bob to have inspection done and he did a fantastic job. He explained everything he was going to do on the phone ahead of the appointment. He arrived on time and while inspecting the house he explained everything and showed me the things to pay attention for in the future. He took pictures of all the elements that he said he was covering during inspection. The same day he emailed me the full detailed report of the inspection. He explained everything he was doing before, during and after the inspection and he answered all of my questions. Thank you for your business.
