“Called these guys out to clean roots out of my main drain, they showed up in a few hours and got the job done right. I get my main drain done every year, and this company will be the only crew I have do it from now on, also way cheaper than most. When I first called them in morning, I told them about all the other bad experiences in years past with other company’s and what issues they tried to tell me, like drain pipe is cracked, orthe clog is too far out for our equipment or you need to get it hydro jetted out, G & C guy says they hear it everyday from callers.“

“Not sure if this is actually their business location, but regardless, Big Beaver Plumbing was quite professional and helpful for what I needed.The city of Troy tasked my home with a Backflow Testing request. This company was listed on the back of the form that I needed filled out. I called BBP up and spoke with Martha about what the heck this task was that I needed to have done!She explained the entire process of what someone would be coming out to do. Within the week we had someone come out to do the backflow testing.When Tom arrived, he explained that he had been in the business for a long time and made me feel comfortable that he knew what he was doing. I asked to stay outside with him as I was curious as to what he was going to do, and he agreed to allow me to watch. It was $100 for the testing and $20 to come in the house and show me where the valve was to turn off, which was fine because like I said, I had no idea what was going on really.The equipment he was testing failed initially, probably due to it not being used in over a decade. He took most of the system apart, cleaned it (it was clogged with dirt), then put it all back together, retested, and the system passed.Very professional and got the ridiculous job done that the city (which I found out was also the state of Michigan), was asking. Just wish Troy would reimburse me!“
