“I noticed the issue on Friday night and called the company right away. I was told a technician would arrive on Saturday at 11:00 AM. I confirmed the appointment by text on Saturday, and later Khoyrul came out to clear the clog in my home's main drain.
To verify the repair, he asked me to turn on the water. Before the service, there had been standing water in the main drain. After he finished, I could clearly see the water flowing normally, confirming that the blockage had been removed.
I believe the price was fair, and I would recommend this company based on their prompt response and professional service. Time will tell if any additional issues develop with my main drain, but for now I'm very satisfied, and their quick response definitely made my weekend much better.“
