At 1am this morning I discovered that my water heater gave out (after 19years, 2 months, and 4 days)! All in all that's a pretty good run.! It was installed in April 2007 by Bob of Earl J. Weil Plumbing Service. I immediately shut off the water to the unit and drained it. After attempting to clean up the standing water on the floor, I finally went to sleep at 4am and waking up at 7am. I called Weil Plumbing again, they were able to get to me today. David and Collin arrived just before 3pm they removed the old tank and installed the new one, making necessary modifications to ensure I'm up to current code, they cleaned up and were finished and gone just before 5:30pm. I highly recommend Weil Plumbing, I've had to call a plumber 3 times in less than a year for a clogged toilet. The first two times, the companies did release the clog. But it wasn't until Weil Plumbing came this last time that they truly put in time and effort to actually fix the problem, not just unclog the toilet and move on. I truly appreciated their work, you could tell they care, it's not just a business to them but they put their heart into their work! Thank you Weil Plumbing!
What an incredible experience. 1000/10 would recommend. Dave literally just left and I immediately took to the internet to write a review. Customer service was 10/10. Knowledge 10/10. Getting the job done 10/10. And for what they charged, I feel like other companies would charge at least double. We’ve had a backed up storm drain in our basement that has been an issue since last spring. We had several other companies out that either didn’t call us back or didn’t have a clue where to begin.
