Long story short, the two guys (Jake and Nate) who were on point, started normal repairs - and even found some other issues (THANK YOU!) - then when it was time for the heavier repairs, Mike showed up and had an additional two team members with him, for a total of five. I was not billed for that presence, no, he was using the situation as an opportunity to teach. On a scale from one to five, Direct Plumbing is a *SIX*.
