“Our furnace went out on a Sunday, and A Plus was able to squeeze us in, which we truly appreciated. Miron came out and was extremely kind and helpful, especially considering it was a Sunday. He actually helped us last year as well, and once again provided great service.

Our furnace appeared to have burned out due to recent power outages. Miron explained everything clearly and recommended a surge protector to prevent this from happening again, letting us know we could also consult an electrician if we wanted. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the needed part that day, so the repair had to wait until Monday. (No big deal, it’s a Sunday, so completely understandable)

By 9 AM Monday morning, we had already received a texted estimate, and by 11 AM the technician was at our house. Henry (Joe) was very friendly and professional and even took the time to talk to our dog, which was a nice touch. He had a surge protector available and was able to install it that same day, which we opted to do. He also noticed another issue with the system and was able to take care of that during the visit.

Overall, this was a great experience from start to finish. Everyone was very kind, knowledgeable, and upfront about pricing and options. We also appreciated the consideration they showed us on the final cost. Excellent service and highly recommended“

“We lost heat due to an issue with our furnace. I made an appointment to have our furnace checked out. John and Paul were at my house the next morning and were able to get my furnace running and have my heat back on. Both technicians were very informative and professional. They informed me I also needed a new chimney liner and new furnace exhaust vents. Within a week they came back and finished the job. “We called Ciamillo this morning with water collecting under the furnace. We were able to get service the same day. Mason was our tech. He was the most thorough and knowledgeable person. He explained everything he was doing and why. Fixed the problem and showed if good to prevent it from happening. Mason is not only a great tech he is an amazing person.
