“Water heater not working. same day service, very professional and pleasant. My only problem was they told me that parts (they weren't needed at this time) were only covered under warranty if I had service done by the company that installed it. I told the tech that I called the manufacturer and was told warranty work can be done by any licensed company. I really prefer Williams Heating & Cooling, over the other company. So please don't give your customers false information.“
