“I typically get anxious about these types of appointments, especially worrying about high pressure sales tactics or feeling uneducated. I had a mediocre experience at another office and decided to order my eyeglasses after reading reviews from Stites Eye Care. I was helped by a lovely employee ( believe named Jamie?) who helped me find frames. Not only was Jamie patient and kind, but she knew exactly what styles of frames would be the most flattering and even though I was skeptical, she was right every time. She didn't make me feel dumb and answered my questions without feeling like I was failing my children if I didn't purchases my glasses that day. I will not hesitate to go out of my way for someone who can read the room so well and make feel comfortable with something I'm actively uncomfortable doing.“

“Our 12-yo did 35 sessions to correct problems with convergence insufficiency and focusing. Our experience was great. The whole Wow Vision team was excellent - professional, helpful, responsive, and accommodating. I especially appreciated that scheduling was very easy, and communication was excellent. We received a clear report that detailed issues she was struggling with and the plan to correct them, and regular updates as well. The office is very comfortable, too. Our daughter now reports that she can read much better, without skipping lines or reversing letters, and she doesn't get carsick as often.My only quibble is that we found out toward the end that West Michigan Eyecare offers vision therapy for half the cost. I would recommend Wow for complicated or intensive therapy, but for simpler issues like our daughter had, I'd suggest doing some price comparisons since insurance rarely covers this.“

“I was a walk in with no appt just seeing how soon I could get an appt. Destiny and Liz immediately started my exams, worked with me to pick out the best frames in the price range I wanted and got the order in that day. Dr Jones is so nice. She was extremely knowledgeable about what my needs are. I'm transitioning to the age where I need more help with distance. She took the time to answer every question I had and made great recommendations for my glasses and contacts. The store has scores of frames in different styles and prices. And there are attractive frames in ALL of the prices too. I even got a discount on prescription sunglasses because I used my insurance. All members of the staff at this store are smart, friendly, professional, ready to help you without being pushy. They jump up to help you with anything you need. During my order process, I overheard one staff explaining to a customer on the phone about the features that were covered by her insurance, taking the time to add and re-add the total depending on what that customer elected or rejected. Liz was so patient with the customer and I could tell the customer expressed her gratefulness for Liz's patience with her. Great place to go for your eyecare needs!!!“

“I was happy to know America's Best Contact & Glasses was nearby in Centerpointe instead of going all the way to E beltline. The staff and eye doctor were really nice. I especially enjoy talking to Shy there who also help me see what best glasses for me and deals for them i had for my insurances (as well talk about anime). Ended up getting three pair of glasses none the less happy with purchase and enjoy my experiences within this company. Can't wait for glasses now? because eyes needed to be checked out from last two years and I'm literally on computer for hours at my job.“

“THe facility itself is clean and well cared for; the technician I worked with was friendly, professional, thorough, and knowledgeable; my doctor answered all my questions without being impatient; the video explaining, in general, the procedure, was informative without being frightening. I was told I would be contacted by a scheduler but also given a range of wait time before the procedure could occur.“

“Amazing staff! One gal in particular spent a lot of time on the phone with me talking through what to expect, the procedure, & recovery. Everyone took their time to make me as comfortable as possible. I especially appreciated the stress balls they give you to hold on during the procedure and the countdown for each laser. Very quick, painless procedure, just some mild discomfort. I put off having this done for a long time because it scared me, but I definitely wish I would have done it sooner! Overall, it was a great experience!“
