She didn't make me feel dumb and answered my questions without feeling like I was failing my children if I didn't purchases my glasses that day. I will not hesitate to go out of my way for someone who can read the room so well and make feel comfortable with something I'm actively uncomfortable doing.“

“I was a walk in with no appt just seeing how soon I could get an appt. Destiny and Liz immediately started my exams, worked with me to pick out the best frames in the price range I wanted and got the order in that day. Dr Jones is so nice. She was extremely knowledgeable about what my needs are. I'm transitioning to the age where I need more help with distance. She took the time to answer every question I had and made great recommendations for my glasses and contacts. The store has scores of frames in different styles and prices. And there are attractive frames in ALL of the prices too. I even got a discount on prescription sunglasses because I used my insurance. All members of the staff at this store are smart, friendly, professional, ready to help you without being pushy. They jump up to help you with anything you need. During my order process, I overheard one staff explaining to a customer on the phone about the features that were covered by her insurance, taking the time to add and re-add the total depending on what that customer elected or rejected. Liz was so patient with the customer and I could tell the customer expressed her gratefulness for Liz's patience with her. Great place to go for your eyecare needs!!!“

“I was happy to know America's Best Contact & Glasses was nearby in Centerpointe instead of going all the way to E beltline. The staff and eye doctor were really nice. I especially enjoy talking to Shy there who also help me see what best glasses for me and deals for them i had for my insurances (as well talk about anime). Matthew was our optician, and he did an excellent job of making my son feel comfortable and explaining all of the different things he was being tested for. “Dr. Henry is an excellent physician and I have received great care from this practice for 20 years. However a recent incident caused me to leave. I've had a series of strokes that left me with vision and other physical problems, and Dr. Henry was keep track of my vision problems. Because of the results of the strokes I am very slow in performing the usual tasks like washing, food prep, and other stuff. And I am extremely tired, falling asleep frequently.Because of all this stuff I was late for an appointment with Dr. Henry. I was told I was a "no-show," because I was 15 minutes late, and would be charged a fee for this.I was not a "no-show." I was late.So I decided that I need to find another Opthalmologist for this appointment and I cancelled my appointment.I am sorry to have left because Dr. Henry is a good and caring physician.“

“Always great and friendly service at any RX optical. If you want a bigger selection as far as glasses the one in Grandville, MI is where I go to pick out frames.“

“I've gotten two eye exams and three pairs of glasses at Rx optical. I even got a pair of vintage glasses fitted with new prescription lenses for a relatively low cost. One of the best things about them is that they accept all types of insurance, including medicaid. I was able to get a new eye exam with my updated prescription and a pair of frames with lenses through medicaid without paying a single dollar out of pocket. However, you have VERY limited choices for frames if you are only using medicaid (literally less than 10 different choices for women) and if you have a more complex prescription like myself, only bifocals are covered, not progressives. That being said, I'm still very pleased with how easy and accessible the process was. The first time I had an exam and got frames with lenses I paid for everything since I had no insurance and I'm not sure exactly how much it was since it was years ago now, but I think everything altogether was about 600 (I did pick out a pair of Tiffany frames though which were over 200 I believe). If you have insurance though this is the place to go.“
