Thanks to their patience, kindness, and genuine love for every dog, he adapted so quickly. They took the time to understand his individual needs and made sure he always felt safe and cared for.
Every time I dropped him off, I had complete peace of mind knowing he was happy, safe, and having so much fun. Nature of the Dog is so much more than a typical dog daycare or boarding facility—they truly care for each dog as if they were their own.

Lovely place, folks, and arrangements. Needed flowers on short notice and they were able to provide a bespoke and beautiful bouquet in no time at all. The owner and staff are great, personable, and ask the right questions to get you what you need. The design and style of the arrangements are more modern and aesthetic than traditional shops. I was very pleased.

Crystal Carpet Care is AMAZING!! We are new to GR and the company was recommended by our realtor. Our new home came with three large rugs. I like that Turf Tech only does fertilization. They do not mow, spread mulch, edge, or handle other landscaping needs. They specialize in fertilization.
I took one star away because I would like more interaction with them during the season. I suggest a turf specialist visit the property at least once every 6-8 weeks during the season to address any issues that may arise.
Otherwise, I am happy with their work, and I would happily recommend them.
Delighted with the job done to reduce and tidy up our beech tree. The lads turned up when they said they would, were very polite and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Garden left clean and tidy afterwards. Will definitely use again.

We've had pets our entire lives, and we are older than dirt. We brought our dachshund, and now will be bringing our two kittens, to Bridges. When we first moved to Grand Rapids our dachshund developed an issue that required surgery. They did an excellent job diagnosing the problem. They put her on a special diet, and our dog has done perfectly well since then. The vets at Bridges are warm, good doctors, and just terrific people. The staff are very nice and funny. I couldn't be happier. We love Bridges!

This is way overdue - I originally meant to post all the detaled pics of the work, but instead, and better I think, here's our dog watching a squirrel from our beautiful patio by Pepperidge. We enjoy it almost every morning the weather allows, and it's just been probably the best thing we've done to our house. After two seasons now, no issues at all and they fixed the water issue we had by grading it properly. That's all great but more importantly, it's been a total lifestyle change. We spend more time outside than inside now and I really can't thank them enough. Shawn and his team are the best.
Tom Rooks and crew just finished installing 32 trees on our property that was a barren landscape. We are over the moon with the results! 1/2 deciduous, 1/2 evergreen. A wonderful mix of trees, and the finished planting is superb. The trees are incredibly healthy, just starting to open their leaves. The Japanese lilac trees and Prairie Fire Crabapples will be in full bloom in the next month, a major bonus. Very, very happy.

The waiting room is beautiful, and the chairs in the rooms are comfy! Highly recommend this place.

I highly recommend Grout Matters, they did a fantastic job and we're very pleased with the outcome. We had them clean and color seal our kitchen and bathroom tile floors. There were quite a few cracked tiles they pointed out and repaired for us as well. They were very professional, knowledgable, and detail-oriented. No more dingy grout for us!

I highly recommend Jungle Survival drivers training. Our son has some learning disabilities and medical issues that we were worried whether he would be able to succeed or not. They were amazing, working with him and have made him feel confident in his driving. I wish I would have known about them for our daughter, as she was not as confident coming out as Drivers training from another company . Company .
When reaching out to other companies they didn't seem to want to work with someone with our son's learning disability. I did not get that feeling at all from Jungle, they were very supportive etc.

The only salon I go to and the only place I will recommend to friends and family! I bring my daughter for a special treat and it’s one of her favorite things to do! Alexis does an amazing job making my ideas reality and even takes them a step beyond. I am HARD on my nails as a chicken owner, gardener, and all around human. Alexis has listened to my feedback about how long my dip lasts and what happens and has figured out a thickness that will last a full three weeks. Truly amazing work!!! I schedule ahead and she is ready for me on time, never a wait of more than 5 minutes - which works out perfectly for time to pick colors!
