Fairly standard customer service. Doctor tries to be personable, had a nice chat. However, I love my frames from the previous SVS visit, so I wanted to keep them. But they conned me into new glasses, even though I explicitly stated I wanted to keep my old frames. After stating that that style is old and out of date, there were the exact same frames sitting in their display case. They continued to try to convince me that it is not possible for me to get new lenses for the frames I wanted to keep. I will --not-- be returning to SVS after this.
