“I was a walk in with no appt just seeing how soon I could get an appt. Destiny and Liz immediately started my exams, worked with me to pick out the best frames in the price range I wanted and got the order in that day. Dr Jones is so nice. She was extremely knowledgeable about what my needs are. I'm transitioning to the age where I need more help with distance. She took the time to answer every question I had and made great recommendations for my glasses and contacts. The store has scores of frames in different styles and prices. And there are attractive frames in ALL of the prices too. I even got a discount on prescription sunglasses because I used my insurance. All members of the staff at this store are smart, friendly, professional, ready to help you without being pushy. They jump up to help you with anything you need. During my order process, I overheard one staff explaining to a customer on the phone about the features that were covered by her insurance, taking the time to add and re-add the total depending on what that customer elected or rejected. Liz was so patient with the customer and I could tell the customer expressed her gratefulness for Liz's patience with her. Great place to go for your eyecare needs!!!“

“Dr Bloom never worries about how long he’s in the room with you while he explains everything so you’re perfectly comfortable and have all the information about what’s going on with your eyes, super great caring person who you can tell takes great pride in his work. “Amazing staff! One gal in particular spent a lot of time on the phone with me talking through what to expect, the procedure, & recovery. Everyone took their time to make me as comfortable as possible. I especially appreciated the stress balls they give you to hold on during the procedure and the countdown for each laser. Very quick, painless procedure, just some mild discomfort. I put off having this done for a long time because it scared me, but I definitely wish I would have done it sooner! Overall, it was a great experience!“
