As a new patient, I had a good experience overall. I just wish the office had been clearer about the appointment process and costs upfront.
When I scheduled, I wasn’t aware I would meet with a nurse before the doctor, so I thought the office was running behind. I saw the nurse about 20 minutes after my scheduled time and the doctor about 40 minutes after.
I also wasn’t informed about the visit copay or the additional $40 contact lens consultation fee until after my appointment. Knowing this information ahead of time would have made for a better experience and demonstrated greater transparency.
Words cannot describe my experience here. The team here is amazing! Dr. K was supper accommodating to our last minute visit there. I was not expecting a follow up call on how my daughter was doing and he did just that.Thank you guys for caring for your patients, you dont see that everyday. Gives me some faith that there is still good people out there.
Great appointment, very friendly staff, in and out experience and a Doctor that took time to explain and listen to my questions. Very enjoyable experience. Wish there were more Doctors and staff of this caliber. THANK YOU
