First, grateful this location is open on Saturdays! Most importantly, LaToya is amazing. She fixed my son's glass after he rolled over them on bed, broke the string and bent his frame. . And she also adjusted my husband's glasses (after he was ready to throw them away)! He's so happy now!

I'd like RX Optical Corporate to know how happy and satisfied I have been as a Customer at Plainfield North store in Grand Rapids, Michigan - specifically with Candace Powell. Over the course of several years I have had eye exams and have purchases several glasses and sunglasses as well as contacts lens and have only worked with Candace - by choice. She is kind and helpful, knowledgeable in her assistance in answering any questions I have and in placing my orders. She is extremely confident and competent in her working with me, her co-workers and with the doctors.
